TIPS FOR VEHICLE GRAPHIC INSTALLATIONS

TEMPERATURE CONSIDERATIONS: Extreme temperatures can affect the adhesive properties of the graphics. Recommend a temperature range for installation, typically between 50°F and 90°F (10°C to 32°C). Advise users to avoid installing graphics in direct sunlight or very cold conditions.

CLEAN SURFACE: Ensure that the vehicle surface is thoroughly cleaned before starting the installation. Any dust, dirt, or wax can affect adhesion.

USEA MILD SOAP SOLUTION: Create a mild soap solution by mixing a few drops of dish soap with water. This solution will act as a lubricant during the application.

SPRAY APPLICATION AREA: Spray the vehicle surface and the adhesive side of the graphic with the soap solution. This allows for repositioning and reduces the risk of premature adhesion.

PROPER POSITIONING: Take your time to position the graphic correctly. The wet method allows adjustments, so ensure it's aligned perfectly before squeegeeing out excess water.

SMOOTH SQUEEGEE TECHNIQUE: Use a soft squeegee to smooth out the graphic from the center towards the edges. This helps eliminate air bubbles and excess water.

WORK IN SECTIONS: Divide the graphic into manageable sections for easier handling. Apply the wet method to one section at a time, ensuring each part is properly adhered before moving on.

APPLY EVEN PRESSURE: Maintain even pressure while squeegeeing to avoid wrinkles or bubbles. Pay extra attention to corners and edges, ensuring they are firmly pressed down.

CHECK FOR AIR BUBBLES: Periodically check for air bubbles during the installation. If you notice any, lift the graphic slightly and reapply using the squeegee.

PATIENCE IS KEY: Allow the graphic to set and adhere properly before removing any application tape. Rushing this process may result in the graphic not adhering securely.

POST-INSTALLATION INSPECTION: After the installation is complete, Inspect the graphics for any remaining air bubbles or imperfections. If necessary, use a pin or needle to puncture and release trapped air, then smooth out the area.
